Overview:

Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all old material until you have pure, exposed concrete. If there are cracks, use a disc to open the crack, then apply polyurethane. Let it dry completely. Mix Reboflex 50 Resin and 50 Powder (only the amount you need). Lightly spray the surface with water, apply the first coat, and then place the membrane. Prepare the membrane before applying the first coat. If needed, wait 4–5 hours and then apply the second coat. Apply the first coat vertically and the second coat horizontally.

• For swimming pools and water tanks, apply 4 coats.
• For retaining walls and foundation walls, apply 3 coats.
• For all other applications, apply 2 coats.

Mixing Instructions:

• Rebotec Concrete is added to cement at the time of mixing.
• Do not prepare the mix manually. Use a concrete mixer to better homogenize and evenly distribute the components.
• Mix well for 10 to 20 minutes.

Dosage Guidelines:

• Use a minimum of 4% and a maximum of 20% of the weight of the cement.
• For concrete that is 4 inches thick or more, use 4% Rebotec Concrete.
  • Example: 100 pounds of cement requires 4 pounds of Rebotec Concrete.
• For mortars, plastering, stucco, bricks, stones, or blocks, use 12% Rebotec Concrete.
  • Note: Wait 14 days before working on surfaces when using 12%.

Curing Time:

• Rebotec Concrete takes 28 days to fully cure.
